Sometimes after a long day, coming home, unwinding to an excellent album and crafting a delicious cocktail is a perfect start to the night. Mondays often fit this bill. So I thought I would share one of my own cocktail recipes and pair it with an album that make every night feel instantly better.

I Don’t Need No Doctor
Serves 1
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Hendricks gin
- 1 oz Genepy de Alpes
- 1.5 oz Perennial Vinters Verjus*
- 1 tsp tonic simple syrup*
- 1 drop of saline solution
- 2 sprays of angostura bitters, divided
- Lemon twist, for garnish
Instructions
- In a stainless steel cocktail shaker glass, add the first five ingredients and one spray of bitters.
- Add ice and stir for 45 turns.
- Spray the glass with the second spray of bitters.
- Using a hawthorne strainer, pour the cocktail into the glass and enjoy!
